With the release of our PeopleWerks Version 4.1, PeopleWerks-Pro will allow the administration of all benefits commonly associated with standard employment systems. These benefits will include managing health, life, vision, dental elections as well as vacation, sick, and personal days, and various retirement benefits. Costs for these programs can be maintained and tracked to clearly show the financial impact to the organization and the employee.
Using the embedded Salary Management wizard, you can easily project the salaries of your current staff for budget purposes one, two, or three years out. Control the raise amounts and step increases while the modifications do not affect the employees' current salary.
VolWerks, our Volunteer Management system for PeopleWerks, allows organizations to centralize the management of all volunteers within the same system that manages employees. Volunteer data remains separate from employees but staff members are able to use the same actions used throughout PeopleWerks to manage the information. This module comes with PeopleWerks-Pro but can be added to PeopleWerks or used as a stand alone system.
As more users are added to any system, the need to track all changes becomes more important. The Audit system built into PeopleWerks - Pro tracks all changes and ties those changes to the users making the change.
Communicate changes easily and automatically from within PeopleWerks. The notification system uses e-mail to send notices to subscribers who want to know when employees change positions, addresses, statuses, salary and much more. Each notification is logged in a task list for each user so that they can refer to the notice as they work within the system.
PeopleWerks-Pro complements the internal database security structure by providing the district’s system administrator the ability to manage which employees access what modules within PeopleWerks. Users within the same department can have different levels of access to the system.
