Correspondence Management
Create letters, contracts, notices, or announcements that can be sent to various groups of employees. Save the correspondences within the system for later use. Include customized letterhead or graphically scanned signatures to the letters. PeopleWerks can also e-mail and allow for attachments to be sent to employees for any number of correspondences.
User-Defined Reports
Create a variety of reports from the growing number of report formats. Users determine the data to be displayed within the reports. Reports can be saved and shared within departments or between individuals. Reports can be printed or exported directly to Excel. Users can create and save custom reports where they define the fields available within the reports.
Worksheets
When a large amount of data must be updated all at once, PeopleWerks provides spreadsheet-style worksheets for users to edit data on one sheet easily and quickly. Users can save and share the worksheets as well as specify what data is contained within the worksheet formats.
Employee Archive
Maintain all your past employee data in one location. If any person ever comes back to the organization, you can simply reinstate them while maintaining all their past histories.
