Within the PeopleWerks product line, there are various module add-ons that can be added to any system for an additional cost. DataWerks offers two additional modules availalable for PeopleWerks and PeopleWerks - Pro.
AssetWerks
AssetWerks is an asset management system designed to manage the basic assets given to employees at the time of their employment which are expected to be returned upon the conclusion of their employment. The included modules provide extensive tracking options for the complete management of inventory on a daily basis. The elements tracked in AssetWerks include the following:
- Keys - Manage your complete inventory of traditional keys for all your buildings while making assignments to employees, volunteers, or special users easily and instantly.
- Work Numbers - Manage the work extensions, assigning them to specific buildings and rooms, and then assign employees, volunteers, or special assignments to those numbers.
- ID Badges - Manage the ID badges assigned to employees and employee photos in one location.
- Credit Cards - Manage your organization's charge cards (gas cards, debit cards, discount cards) and assign them to employees on a permanent or temporary basis.
- Cell Phones / Pagers - Manage the various types of devices (cell phones, pagers, BlackBerries, PDAs) and record contract information, carrier, and monthly costs
VolWerks
VolWerks, our Volunteer Management system for PeopleWerks, allows organizations to centralize the management of all volunteer data within the same system that manages employee data. Volunteer data remains separate from employees but staff members are able to use the same actions used throughout PeopleWerks to manage the information. This module comes with PeopleWerks-Pro but can be added to PeopleWerks or implemented as a stand alone system.
