Additionally, all employees can look up basic information on other employees as well as print various customizable directories.
Employee Record Management
Employees can review and print their entire employee record including work history, assets held, compensation history, contact information and much more. Employees can manage and edit their own contact information (addresses, phones, e-mails) as well as their own emergency contacts and voluntary health information. Employees can request changes in name and demographics, assets, education and licensure.
E-Directory
PeopleWerks allows employees to customize and print their own staff directories. The directories available to the employees include:
- Full Directory – Home contact information, position, building and work numbers
- Work Phone Listing – Employee names and work phone number
- Label Maker - Building or home mailing labels
- Birthday Directory – Employee names, building and birthday
- Photo Directory – Employee names, building, position, photo
Employee Search
Employees have the ability to do a straight on other employees and get basic information that includes contact information, current positions, and district service time.
