Columbus, Ohio – March 17, 2008 – DataWerks Limited is pleased to announce that PeopleWerks version 3.2 is now available for purchase. This release features a number of changes, improvements and additions based on the feedback of clients and potential clients evaluating our product.
PeopleWerks is a comprehensive personnel management system initially designed for K-12 education organizations but flexible enough to meet the needs of many non-profit and government agencies with more than 100 employees. PeopleWerks is designed to manage the data collected on all employees from the time they are hired until they depart. From within PeopleWerks organizations can build an employee’s record over time, fully manage current job and salary information, analyze and project future salaries for budgets, and track personal assets such as keys, ID badges, and phone ext./voice mail. With the addition of worksheets, reports, a customizable letter builder and an integrated notification system, PeopleWerks has all the tools to streamline the personnel management process while keeping all parts of the organization informed. PeopleWerks is a client-server application and has been built on the family of FileMaker® desktop and server products.
What’s new in Version 3.2?
- Employee job training requirements for positions that must meet government mandates or specific training requirements determined by the organization.
- Employee permits/licenses that are required for doing specific jobs and must be documented for each employee for renewal purposes.
- Employee testing / examinations results ranging from PRAXIS testing in education to civil service examinations in government.
- Award/honor information on employees such as Employee of the Year or National Board certifications.
- New reports/worksheets including those needed for easily managing and tracking background check requirements.
- Employees assignable to user-defined organizational groups for the purpose of selection and reporting.

Pricing and Availability
PeopleWerks 3.2 is available as an immediate upgrade for all clients with current and valid support contracts. PeopleWerks 3.2 is available for purchase starting at $6500 which includes data integration services, one-year support and maintenance, and three PeopleWerks seat licenses which include copies of FileMaker® Pro Desktop software. PeopleWerks requires the use of FileMaker® Server software installed on-sight or hosted through DataWerks Limited. PeopleWerks Demo
A demonstration of PeopleWerks is now available for download from our website for either the PC or Mac platforms. The demo provides a 30-day single user trial and requires no additional software to run.
